The gang got together again. We tried to stay 6 feet apart, promise.

Almost forgot to add this(I'm not great at video. This is my first attempt with the EM5):

I love my EM5, wyk! You may find that it'll do better video if you dis-engage continuous AF and set it to single AF. That will keep it from "hunting" for focus. Then use Manual mode with a shutter at 1/125 and an aperture around f8 or so (to increase your depth of focus) and select a focus point somewhere in the middle distance. After setting f-stop & aperture, then switch it to Movie mode. You may have to bump your ISO up on cloudy days, though. Once you try this, you may like the result!

I meant to respond last night, but had passed out due to drink instead ;)
Thanks for the tip. I think if I had left it at f4 or 5.6 and AFs that it would likely had been fine.
Because I'm not a very good sports photog, sometimes when there's gonna be a lot of motion, I'll set the cam in auto or P and AFc.
Which, in good lighting, this cam does a hell of a lot better than my A7 and A7s.

OK, more dog stories:

One day when I was in work at the Greyhound rescue, a pair of women brought in a small whippet. She was emaciated, and had obviously just had pups. She was either lost, or more likely, dumped in the woods near where they lived. We took her in and the next day while I was cleaning the kennels I could hear a little whinging voice down the end. I looked in to see Fia's little face looking up at me. She was not handling the kennels very well, and may have been pining for her pups(which we could not find when we searched about where she was found). I asked my wife(my GF at the time) if she would take her in for a foster while we tried to help her find a home. But we know how fostering dogs goes. She ended up becoming ours.

She is happy and loves attention.
Please pardon the non-MFT camera pics.

She's never far from my wife as she's really bonded with her.

She's showing her age nowadays in her face, but you wouldn't know it for her spirit:

Gonna need a much, much faster shutter speed if I am gonna freeze this guy in motion.

Two of our kids running up the hill. These were taken with my em5mkiii and 40-150 2.8. Also, these images happen to be the first time I've ever used continuous auto focus. I guess after using it I can now officially ask myself why I waited so long. It sure makes life simple.

Friday, May 22nd, I lost Sandy (named for the sandy color of his coat), a terrier mix rescue. He'd been a constant companion for 10 and a half years for my wife and I and our house seems quite empty now.

He trusted and like everyone, never growled or menaced a person, got along great with cats, never barked at or chased other critters as he hoped they would come to him and play.

First two images taken last November:

I'm being watched very carefully.

Are we going somewhere? Picking up a camera often means just that.

Four days before he passed. Pictured here with his favorite "comfort" toy.

Thank you folks for your expressions of sympathy. It means much to me. Sandy went to Concho Valley Photo Club meetings with me, when they made up clip on name tags for members Sandy wound up with one. He made the rounds of the room, shining up to all the ladies, and enjoyed being around all the members. He enjoyed the photo walks the club participated in.

If he saw me pick up a camera and sunglasses he would go over and poke his nose at his harness and leash, he loved to go anywhere in the truck with me.

Thanks for your thoughts.
