That was quite a dump you experienced yesterday!! We got about 4" at the house last night and hoping that is the last of it...gotta love spring snow and I imagine the Canyons will be crowded with happy skiers this morning. You can just feel the avalanches building!Mean while, closer to home:

Five days ago I was walking barefoot in my backyard. It’s been snowing for 2 days, and still at this morning. But it could be worse, my parents in Fort Collins are expecting up to 36” of snow and high winds. That was quite a dump you experienced yesterday!! We had reservations for a week in Capitol Reef N.P. and surrounding area and had to push them back for a week...fortunate the motel still had rooms available. I'm wondering if we can even make it in another week or if the roads will be semi dry!! CRNP had 13" of snow at the visitors center yesterday and you couldn't get into the parking lot at the motel in Torrey!Five days ago I was walking barefoot in my backyard. It's been weird weather this winter, but I'm afraid the long term outlook for the year is going to be dusty and dry. I hope I'm wrong though. We had reservations for a week in Capitol Reef N.P. and surrounding area and had to push them back for a week...fortunate the motel still had rooms available.
