I can not be certain, but I suspect so. There are a lot of 'street' cats in Israel - and this one looked like one. While it might be feral - it is still somewhat cared for by some of the residents - I have seen people give cats food outside.
This is a feral cat but it has been neutered. This is the custom in Israel to keep the numbers down. My daughter has looked after them for years in her area and has at present two of them that live with her.

It's not working. Your dogs look absolutely static and not in the mud in this one.
I actually took a bunch of dog and cat photos when I first dropped the lens and nothing showed up on the SD card. I then changed my EM1-II to save to both cards just in case. The second go around had photos on the SD card. I did order a new SD card though.
