Are the two 2.8/135mm pictured? I only see the 3.5 and there are more descriptions versus lenses?

I found some of your pics in the other thread that showed the Rokkor, but not the Celtic?

If so, a pic of both together would be nice...side/front.

Unfortunately, the Celtic Showcase no longer has any samples images.

I am a little confused...Rokkor-X looks like 2.8 in the new pics? (not 3.5) Or am I missing something?

Yeah, I have both. I was planning on keeping the 2.8 -X, but I decided to add it.
The 3.5's are a bit smaller and noticeably lighter than the 2.8's.

When you get a chance could you post a standup (profile) pic of the 135mm Celtics? 2.8 vs 3.5 ...to get an idea of the size difference? Thanks.

They're almost identical in size externally; same barrel design etc.
The 2.8 is only a few mm longer.

edit: the Celtic f/3.5 is sold

Thanks. The 2.8 is considerably heavier? (almost 2X?)

Hi, FYI the Minolta MD 135/3.5 is even smaller and lighter than the Celtic.

In your opinion, is the difference in max aperture...ie 2.8 vs 3.5, very significant in a practical sense?

MD Celtic 135/2.8... what size filter? Doesn't seem to be marked on the lens AFAIK.

    Hi, it's 55mm... most of the Minolta 135's are 55mm, but the MD (non-Rokkor) 135/3.5's are 49mm.

FYI, I sold the Celtic f/3.5 yesterday
