Having just bought a Nikon Z6 - see the link below from saved fb pages for Nikon Z
Ive noticed over the years that there have been a few reports of small sections of rubberised grip etc coming away slightly on Olympus cameras
Take it from me after reading this thread on fb Olympus and it’s customers have very little to worry about !
For those that aren’t on fb the thread is about a long list of members discussing issues with rubberised covers on Z series cameras and on other older cameras including several members who had to return their cameras under warranty for the rubberised covers to be replaced on early production run Z cameras
Several state that this is a common problem on Z cameras and other Nikon’s over the years
Not posted to criticise Nikon in any way and not at all concerned myself having purchased a Z6 but just made me think of some of the more critical posts I’ve seen here on M43 regarding very small or niggly issues with such things
As always it is clear to me that Olympus and Panasonic quality control is up there with the best in the industry imo
