    Here's a spot I drive past 4 or 5 times a week.

The remains of an old Mill, the river long since dammed and flooded to create a reservoir. The entire watershed is now being rethought as it has proved to be an impediment to the spring Herron run in New England.

Very foggy morning here on the coast, warm and pleasant. An natural monochrome scenic.

Great image. It really communicates the somber mood of the scene.

    Nice work.

Thanks for the kind words Brian. This image is part of my continued effort to photograph what I see every day, and usually drive right past... I began my effort as an early New Years resolution in December.

    Thanks again. Alan

That's a nice resolution. When these things we're used to see everyday suddenly disappear, it's too late to take a picture and it's highly possible no one else did it for us...
