Not sure if I should post this here or in the lens forum. I am using an Oly OM D EM-1 with a Pany 100-500 and am having trouble locking focus on small birds in brush, mostly hummers. I am new to OLY and 4/3 so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Bonus question: should the Mega O,I.S. be off or on?

I don't have either of those (i presume you mean the Panny 100-300), but from what i understand, some people prefer Oly IBIS than the IS included within the selected Panny lenses. You also have a setting in the camera for preference between lens of body IS.

also, do you have the small focus box thing turned on?
