Rewired my old Kenro lightbox this afternoon.

This is a dianthus flower photographed on the lightbox. It's a straightforward method with one flower. It gets tricky when you try to make something coherent out of two or more.

Dropped the exposure about 1.5 EV to blackout the background and get rid of the blown out areas, added a graduated filter with -0.8 EV on the right side to darken it further.

Strawflowers (bracteantha) on my lightbox. Never seen these before and thought I'd bought a dead plant. Google says they are native to Australia - the heads feel like paper.
