FLK on my screen ??? LSF mode??

I was making changes to my OMD M1 II, and somehow turned on LSF mode...I thought there was only LF or LN modes?.....Anyway, now I have FLK on my LIVE View screen at the top. What does that stand for?

Also, is there a Large Super fine mode or not? Not sure how I turned it on.

FLK stands for ”flak” when shooting BIF

There is a "Large Super fine" but you have to enable it first.
On my EM10 MkII it is in Custom\G\that little icon diamond with dots on right side [dont know how to describeit]
right press then I change all to super fine. In the 4 sets left box select "L" right box "SF"

Now you should see the option in shooting menu 1 under the same icon, and should be selectable in the SCP.
