FL-600R left to right not working.

Okay, this is hopefully something easy I am missing Is there a trick to getting the head on the FL-600R to rotate left to right? Up and down works fine.

Does it have a small press-button lock on the back of the head?

It has a small button on the side of the hinge. Press that and it rotates.

Hey All - I think I have a bad flash then, the side button does not let me rotate it left to right, only up and down.

I dropped my FL-600R flash and it ended up in the same condition.

Press the button and it doesn't turn. A few months later.. it stopped firing. Grrr... not the fault of the flash. Oh well.. it was used heavily during that time. Got another 600R flash ready to go and probably a nissin i40 soon.
