Still need to adjust some settings, and got a light leak in the GX7 coming in the upper left portion of the frame. Couldn't use the "long shutter NR" (dark frame subtraction) since it takes too long for the followup shot.
This is basic lightroom editing… Need to subtract dark frames in the future.

The Samyang looks really great at f2 1600iso and 20"-25" exposures.

Very cool! I just ordered the Rokinon 12mm for my GX7. Can you still use the on-screen display to set aperature?

Very nice! How many frames, and how did you deal with battery life?

Nice timelapse, how many shots were taken (and used), if you don't mind me asking?

I made a custom battery for time-lapse work. I bought the DC adaptor (fake battery to DC barrel jack) and wired it to a 2cell lipoly 5000mah rc airplane battery. Should be good for 3000+ shots or so. Just hang it on the tripod on the hook underneath.
Here's another one from this summer with the Samyang. This was over 5-6 hours. 20 sec exposures, then 20secs for "long shutter NR" and then another shot. so 20 sec exposure every 40 seconds.
