Well, I had my first ever paid gig using Mu 4/3 gear.

I'm no professional photographer by any means but I have had a few folks pay me to take pictures for/of them in the past.

I'm good friends with yesterday's clients and have done event photography for them before (https://www.flickr.com/gp/andyclement/355H0h/ - Canon XTi, https://www.flickr.com/gp/andyclement/YqMaE8/ - Canon 5DMII) so of course I jumped at the chance to shoot for them again.

I've only had my micro 4/3 gear for about 6 months now but I didn't have any qualms or hesitation at using it for this event. The lenses I used were all Olympus and were as follows: 40-150mm f4-5.6, 60mm Macro, 25mm f1.8 and the 12-40mm f2.8. I probably used the 40-150 the most followed by the 60mm. I do wish I had something a bit faster in the longer range and maybe i'll upgrade to something better soon.

My E-M1 performed flawlessly. I do not have any heartache or grief at selling my Canon FF and associated gear at all.
