The local botanical gardens has an evening, outdoor event called "Pumpkins Aglow" to celebrate the Halloween season. We took our kids with another family (socially distanced and wearing masks the whole time). They had hired a fire performer and my kids were entranced which was great because I was too. It was challenging conditions and she was, essentially, her own light source but I was able to get some good shots.

Now I understand why @pake shoots performers! They're doing interesting things and know how to work a crowd (or a camera)!
