I ordered a gradient ND and wonder where this filter goes, in relation to other filters ( polarizer, ND faxed).

Are there any good Web resources on filter sequencing? For instance, if I'm using two close-up filters, which is closest to the lens?

I know not so much about close up filters etc but when it comes to ND and polarized I have some experience.

I use square ND filters from Lee and Hitech. I always put the gradient filter last. As I only use round polarized I put the polarizer first. So from the lens I typically looks like this:
    - Polarizer
    - ND Filter ( 10 stops)
    - Gradient ND filter

    Good luck!

In general it's not going to make a difference with respect to image quality. Set them up in a way that's most convenient to operate/swap.
