Another set of wonderful photos. How were you able to get the whale shots? Many years ago I was on an Alaskan cruise but could not get shots that close-up or clear even when cropping. Thank you for sharing these!

Fantastic set and some great processing, I've never had any interest in the 75mm but some of your street shots are making me think twice about it! :)

Tadoussac in Quebec is a city known for whale cruise. But I had to take my 75-300 to be closer. the boats have gouvernment rules to no go closer than 400m of whales

What an amazing set of photos..you really have an artistic eye and all images are great.
Would you mind sharing what kind of post processing is done to the images ?

Waiting to see more..thanks for sharing.

Best set I've seen in quite a while! CongratZ :) If you don't mind share here a bit on how you post-processed them particularly if there's preference preset / tones cuz I generally see they all have split-toned / cross-balance look. Thanks.

First, I am always shooting in raw, then I use Lightroom. I always begin for every photo, to bring back the Olympus colors with the vivid color profil. Then I ajust, the saturation of colors if needed.

I am playing with the exposure part, and try to use the correct amount of black and whites, using the black and white level (press the alt key at the same time and you will be able to ajust the black and whites for the right amount).

A little bit of clarity and vibrance.

And to finish in Lightroom, I play a lot with the curves, especially the blue line curve for portrait and street photography.

Then I am using Nik software effects. My main plugins are in colors effects: Pro contrast, Cross processing, Tonal contrast. And also for the vintage look I love the Analog Colors effect.

I know some time a push the post processing a little bit too hard, and it gives some times unreal photo style, but I am trying to no go too fare..

These are all simply outstanding. I'm going to subscribe to this thread so I can go back and look at these pics over and over.

And please don't apologize for your English, it's much better than my French!
