This camera has grown on me quite a bit. I was not aware that they were beefing up the Video features. That is a huge plus for me. I know most of you do not do Video but I have been doing more and more of it and the EM1 is just a downer in this area because it could have so much potential as a serious video tool but lacks features for anyone to take it seriously that way. Now with the EM5 mkII, you have 24p/60p true video frame rates, a swivel monitor, better Audio capabilities and monitoring, not to mention up to 77m bit files and improved 5-axis IBIS. Thats impressive. This could almost be a GH4 killer if it could do 4K.
Now Im just wondering if it has a AA filter or not? Anyone know? If it doesn't have one then I think you would be silly to question the $1K price because then it actually is a better camera then the EM1. Steve Huff is reporting that the AF, IBIS, FPS, size and weight and are all better then the EM1 at present not to mention Video. With no AA filter and the Sensor Shift feature, this camera quickly becomes a no brainer of a whole host of photog types.
