    6 days and 5 nights with the kids out in the woods. If you go anywhere you gotta go around Ebbetts Pass CA Hwy 4 ... wilderness areas on both sides.


    Carson Valley ... this one kind of capture the mood for the whole trip.

    Overlooking the wilderness ... Ebbets Pass. Thunder booming all around but no sign of lightning.

    I think the issue is the full size images are pulled from minus (my host) and then resized to 400x300 thumbs. Gotta be a better way to do this ...

    I followed the guide here for uploading images ... I like the idea of linking to the full sized images but the result is slow loading.

    For a single image there isn't much lag with linked photos - I suspect that each added image lengthens the load time a bit. Still, I enjoy your photos so I'm willing to give them time to load. :smile:
