Good stuff Brian. Love the third...(yet another image from that lens that makes me think it would be a really great addition to my kit)

I took one to the Olympics and was amazed at how good the photos were, especially since tripods were totally banned. Maybe I got lucky, but in any case, especially considering the cost ($500) it is a very useful lens. :2thumbs:

+1 to that. I try to convince myself to get the less expensive 45-175 or 45-150, but there's something special about the 100-300. It seems to have some kind of film-like rendering that I really like.

    Kind regards

I especially liked the last photo as well. It's a composition I almost certainly would not have seen. It's the kind of photo that tells me I need to learn to see in different ways.

    Thanks folks, appreciate the feedback!

The Panasonic 100-300 is a pretty decent lens; that it costs a shade over $500 makes it an absolute bargin. I've been pretty happy with the shots I've taken from it although I do find it needs a bump in contrast during post.

Beautiful! Trees are really just starting to fully change here. Finally have some cool nights. Great job.

Love the 3rd shot. I wish I have somewhere to take some shots like the 1st :)
