Hi Folks,
I tried this morning to embed a slide show into a post I made regarding camera/lens selections for a Disney trip. I use Zenfolio and supposedly according to their site, it should be embeddable into a forum post. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Here is what I get when I try to post the slide show - a large empty player window. :frown:
<embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" quality="high" width="800" height="600" align="" src="http://cdn.zenfolio.net/zf/code/slideshow/embedded.swf" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" allowFullScreen="true" flashvars="id=665854832&background=0xf5f5f5&delay=3&transition=2&loop=1&random=0&allowfs=1&allowthumbs=1&showlink=1&allowtitles=0&showtitles=1&autostart=1&allowtopbar=1&allowcontrols=1&transparent=0&loop_music=1&frame=0xcccccc&preloader=http%3A%2F%2Fcdn.zenfolio.net%2Fzf%2Fcode%2Fslideshow%2F002.swf&preloader_params=color%3D0xffffff"></embed>

I won't work. It's an incompatibility between Zenfolio and the forum's software, of which the forums software is up to date. So I understand it's Zenfolio's problem. This forum allows HTML. Most don't. But you can make it work in a way. Click the # symbol above which creates the code box for you. Then you have to create a code box that is big enough to run the slideshow. You do this by making a period inside the code box and hitting enter. Do this about ten times or so until the code box is a reasonable size. Then paste your Zenfolio slideshow code right after the first
Code:
X

X would be where your HTML code would be place. I do it all the time and it works. Your slidehow will have to be relatively small though.

Hey texascbx - thanks for the reply. 'Not sure I understand the "click the # symbol above which creates the code box for you." I'm pretty much "code deficient". But I'll fool around with it without posting my mistakes until I get it, (or don't.) Again, thanks for the reply.

It's WORKS!!! Too cool. Thanks. I've removed my test post and placed the slide show post on the thread related to selecting lens for a Disney trip in the native lens thread. Thanks again.

Yes, it's Flash/Shockwave based. I have an iPad and was curious how it looked on that screen too.
