It was a very nice day today, so I took my bike and went for a nice ride around my hometown to shoot some pictures... All pics taken with E-PL2 and E-PL3, lenses used Samyang 7.5, Oly 9-18, Oly 14-42 and Oly 40-150. Hope you enjoy one or two, thanks for looking!

Very good set of images from a very nice place, thanks.
Question, what is in image #10? Mail slots?

Yes, I was shooting some pictures around one of the few high rise buildings in my city (even though I live in Holland's 5th biggest city it is probably still just a small town for any of you used to US cities), and these were indeed the post boxes for this particular building.... The "Nee" word that you see above all the boxes is a sticker that people can put off signalling they do not want any junk mail in their mailbox...:) (Nee means No in Dutch....)

Wonderful subjects, textures, patterns, and tonality for B&W renditions, Pim! Sweet.

Thanks Don, textures and patterns is exactly what I usually go for, and for me they just work better in B&W. Colors are just more distracting for me these days..:)

Textures and patterns.... the classic ingredients for great B&W images. Who needs colors when you've got textures and patterns?

Yeah, it was actually a very nice day today, blue skies, colors popped, but when I got home I found (once again) the pictures just worked best for me (YMMV) in B&W.. If only the Leica M9 Monochrome was not so bloody expensive....:)
