I want to make a minor edit to trading feedback I posted for a completed transaction. However, I don't see any edit option. Is this possible?

I'll look into this tomorrow after work, but I don't think there is a way to do that. In the meanwhile, if you post in our Help forum, someone else may be able to answer.

Thanks, Amin. Is there another Help forum besides this one?

Amin, is the feedback/ratings system native XenForo or a plugin (name?) ?

    Thanks,
    Barry

@barry13@barry13 - It's an addon called XenCentral Trading System

@karma@karma - Our Buy & Sell rules have always stated: "Please think carefully before leaving feedback. All feedback is permanent", but I wasn't sure exactly how the settings were configured. I just checked see that we have them set to allow members to edit or delete feedback they have left within 5 minutes of leaving it. So to answer your question, there is no way to edit feedback after that 5 min window.

The reasons for this setting to be set that way are as follows: 1) we want to discourage members from leaving neutral or negative feedback as a way of getting the other person to do something, ie "I'll change my feedback if you give me a partial refund"; 2) we don't want moderators to take on the work or liability of changing feedback for members. The Buy & Sell area is all provided as is, at your own risk, etc.

    All best,
    Amin
