Hi, new here, but not new with Olympus.
So, my problem is the REC button that fell of from the E-PM2, I got the new parts yesterday, the button itself and some kind of a rubber spring. Apparently, I have to install it from the back, I have to take the back of the camera, but I can't, I unscrewed all of the screws, even the hidden one under the lable Made in China, but upper part is not coming off, anyone's got an advice, how to take back of the camera off from the body?

Might be a hidden screw under the hot shoe.

I recall taking apart my EPM1 to see if there was a replaceable battery for the clock (couldn't see one), and it involved taking the spring out of the hot shoe to expose screws that held the back cover. But now I cannot find the link that explained it.

I thought that I replied on your comment, hm.. sorry.. That's right, there are some screws under the hot shoe, and they are holding back cover. When I removed the back cover, I just cant see the way to put the button in, so I just gave up, and taped it over with the duck tape.
