A firmware update to version 1.1 is now available for these cameras on the Olympus site.
Hmm... not much of an update from what I can see...
That's cool that they are updating firmware to better work with a Third-Party accessory! That shows a real commitment and concern for the needs of the customer, not just their own sales!
If this was Panasonic, they would make a firmware update to disable the Eye-Fi card so they could manufacture their own... x_X
Now add to that thought the fact that Olympus actually manufactures their own PENPAL Bluetooth adapter (though not the same thing of course), and that goes to show just how much they are bending over backwards for customers by doing this.
They've been advertising Eye-fi compatibility as a feature. It would be sort of embarrassing if it didn't work...
