Just got another E-PL2, put a lens on, put a card in, powered on... takes one pic and freezes. Won't take another photo unless I turn it off and on again. The battery symbol is green, then turns off. I'm charging the battery now, but is that all it is? Never seen this before.

Might want to take the lens off and re-attach. Might try a different lens if you can.

I get an error code "D:8903"

    Anyone see this before?

Yup, formatted anew. Blew out the slot.

Video works, and plays back. Takes the one photo, and upon turning on the camera again, can display, zoom, etc. that one photo. Also could view pics already on that card (prior to formatting).

I may be interpreting your response incorrectly, but formatting a card won't fix a problem related to a bad card. Trying a new/different card would more definitely rule out the possibility of a bad card.
