Hopefully I can properly represent my slice of LA/SoCal as being quite photogenic like the many amazing photos posted here of other locales around the country and globe.

Thanks for the compliments.

The picture was taken by my father who has very limited knowledge in photography. This shows that with a little bit of luck you can capture beautiful picture(s). The PP was done by me in 10 secs using LR Preset. I think I found my favourite preset.

The picture was taken by my father who has very limited knowledge in photography. This shows that with a little bit of luck you can capture beautiful picture(s). The PP was done by me in 10 secs using LR Preset. I think I found my favourite preset.
Is it a preset that you downloaded from the web or one that you came up with yourself?

Yup, that's a great preset.

Loving my EPL1. Got the 17mm lens just before our trip to King's Canyon. Definitely a great portrait lens for a newbie. Tried the lens for some panoramas but not sure if it's best suited for that, at least not yet w/ my skills.
