    Hallo everybody. I am going to buy an Omd E-m5 silver body and a 45mm f1.8;
    maybe a 75mm f1.8 too, don't know yet. Can you suggest a zoom lens I could consider too? Something like the canon 24-105mm I used on my 5dmkII but hopefully faster (f2.8 maybe).
    Thank you!

    m43 has great prime selection, but fast zoom is still a rarity.

    Only panasonic 12-35 f/2.8 and the upcoming Panasonic 35-100 f/2.8 comes to mind.

    24-105 is almost exactly the same focal range as Olympus 12-50mm f/3.5-6.3. My cousin has a 5DmkII with 24-105 and got the OM-D w/ 12-50mm and so far he seems to be very happy with it. No, he hasn't sold off his 5D yet as far as I know :)

    Thank you everybody.
    I've read some reviews about the 12-35 and maybe I am no more so enthusiastic about this zoom choice. I'd rather buy a 12mm f2 together with the 45mm and then, later on, the 75mm f1.8 maybe.
    Thank you again.
