When you set anti-shock to zero seconds, does the E-M5 Mark II allow you to select any of the sequential frame rates (low or high) that use anti-shock (have the diamond next to their symbol)? On the E-M1 the sequential modes with a diamond on them are grayed out when setting anti-shock to zero seconds, so zero second anti-shock can't be used for sequential--zero second can only be used with single frame shooting.

Answering my own question: yes, you can use Sequential Low with zero second anti-shock.

That's right, up to 5 frames per second with anti-shock, including CAF or SAF focus modes.

    It's great!

As far as I know the anti shock mode you only use on a tripod

Not at all, it is for general use (specifically the 0s (zero seconds) anti-shock mode), it effectively eliminates any chance of shutter shock.
