    Question -

I have my arrow keys set to be able to change my focus points (green box)on the fly - my problem is - I sometimes hit the arrow keys by mistake - if I turn this option off what is the best/most direct way of changing the focus points -

    thanks

Using the rear LCD with touch focus, I guess. Or use center point and recompose.

I have that trouble with just about every camera I use

For me, the solution is to leave them active but set up a button for one-push centering, which is easily done with the OM-D

I have disabled the arrow buttons for changing focus point, I had the same problem.
I program one of the fn button to change the focus points.
