E-M10 Built in Flash with 12-50mm Lens

I am thinking of upgrading my E-P3 to a E-M10 but have a question. Has anyone used the E-M10's built in flash with this lens on the camera? Can you tell me if the 12-50mm lens casts a shadow in your pictures when using the flash? The lens is a bit longer than the std kit lenses and does cast a shadow when used on my E-P3 which is very annoying.

I don't have the 12-50 but I do have the 40-150.....same length lens but slightly larger diameter. I will try that lens with the flash and see if I get any shadows and let you know shortly (don't have camera with me right now).

I'm not much of a flash user, but I've gotten shadows with the 12-40 PRO (wider diameter I think) and I think with the 60mm Macro. I really only use the built in flash as a remote trigger.

I tried with the 40-150 and did not get any shadows.
