The E-M5 faulty IBIS thread got me thinking - when I use my E-M1 (with halfway shutter press activating IBIS), after the IBIS disengages, I see a slight "jump" in the EVF/screen (maybe .5 mm). I assume this is because there is some "slack" being reintroduced into the system (as the IBIS is no longer active), but I guess a small part of me is worried that it is abnormal behavior.

It happens regardless of lens, only when handholding. For non-electronic lenses I make sure to set the correct focal length. IBIS is set to AUTO.

    This happen for anyone else?

-edit- Someone in this thread (http://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/3609448#forum-post-52932130) commented that they believe it to be the IBIS recentering after the shutter button is released. Makes sense to me, and other people in the thread are confirming that it happens for them as well.

Still curious, I suppose ... be interested to hear others thoughts!

This is normal. That's the way I've seen it work on the E-M5 and E-M1.
