okay this is a desperate plea for help, my baby palm tree is dying and I don't know why... I've even gone as far as to sign up for a palm tree forum to ask for help but they seem like a low activity forum... but hey the photo is taken with my e-p1...

anyone know why it's dying? :sad010:

Too much water is often worse than not enough unless it is a rainforest species.

I have no idea if it's a rain forest series... but... I gave it more water yesterday before you posted that... and now this morning it looks significantly more dead :frown: so that might be the problem...

I've uprooted it in a futile attempt at getting it away from some of the moisture, it'll probably traumatise it, probably the end for this little fella... :sad010:

yupp that's what I'm trying with the up rooting right now...

I lost a spider plant a few months ago but it wasn't so bad as it had grafted 3 times before that so even though it died I had 3 new ones.
