Not much really big from Olympus for bodies. Mostly nice upgrades of existing models.

Nothing new from Olympus, same sensor as from 2012 E-M5, maybe some new feature as Hi-res but we all know that this feature is only half step to normal but great feature, video in E-M5II hmmm far worse than FZ1000 because of 4K ect so Olympus didnt even deserve it to be in many of top 3-5 , maybe just 40-150 PRO did deserve to be even 1st becuse it did made this system to be on much high end than before, because she is best 80-300mm lens on market for the system she is made for...

    and this

will not make any better in future, while 12-40 and 40-150PRO are great lens i can already see why old 4/3 lens "Made in Japan" is so great even after almost 10y and new "Made in China" are already have some "low cost product" issues :(
I dont see why Pnasonic can make FZ1000 in Japan and Olympus cant make E-M1, 12-40, 40-150PRO in Japan, Why top class is made in China, and now they will go even further and worse - they will make it in Vietnam where they pay 7 times less than in China :(

This is an interesting problem. I know many publications will not review or highlight a particular product unless it is "new". This really plays poorly with an upgrade strategy. With firmware 4 the E-M1 is really not the same camera it was when released, but this will not prompt a new "review".

Let them talk to themselves about cameras while we use what works for us. I've been a :mu43: and Pentax user for years so my skin is thick.:shakehead:. Every Pentax review has yes-but negative wording and 80+ rating while their favorite flavors get miracle-cure phrasing.. and 78%. .

I am also a longtime Pentax and now Olympus user. I agree it's not a good combination for insecure :rolleyes-38:
