If I use the Panasonic 14mm lens for example on an Olympus camera, would the Olympus fix chromatic aberration the same way it is done in a Panasonic camera?

No Olympus camera or lens handles digital correction of CA. OTOH, I'm told CA is pretty easy to take care of in products like Lightroom or Photoshop.

As of Lightroom 4/CS 6, there's a checkbox for 'Remove Chromatic Aberration.' Works like a charm. No lens profile needed (will even work for old manual focus lenses).

And I don't think Olympus builds the CA parameter into their lenses at all, as CA is not corrected for Olympus lens on Panasonic body.
