Ok..., what significance has the green an orange streaks to the person? Can't see it!

I left the 'traffic' option open in google maps. Sorry about that.
The person is blue, feet near Denmark, hands close to St Petersburg, his head north where Sweden and Finland border.
The names of the countries and cities are in Dutch.

I don't see anything. Is there a word for that (not being able to see something that everyone else can see, even though it's not really there)?!

@Gerard , I guess if you have seen something once or even better many times in a picture, you will not get distracted from seeing it by extraneous things like Google traffic being in the picture.
But for me as I had never seen that in the map it was too distracting at first. For me that map is/was about the land not the water.
But then I live in Sweden.
