I looked but my searching ability's are somewhat lame, anyhow I have been watching this guys video I only wish he would have done more vids but I was motivated to have a go at it.

My attempt which I got a lot of inspiration from the video.

When I first came on this site early last year there was a chap posting excellent still life photos.
I think he was in France and his photos were what I'd call farmhouse rustic and they were beautifully lit.
I can't remember which thread he was using and haven't been able to locate them, so if anyone knows?
