I think only the E-M1 and E-M5 Mark II have built in pc sync ports. For the others you'll need a hotshoe adapter.

I think the question might actually be reversed. Do Pocket Wizards support OM-D cameras? I seem to recall a site that tested Nikon flash units on OM-D bodies and many worked. I know I used some of my Nikon units when I had OM-D bodies. So you might have luck with the Nikon Pocket Wizards as well as the nonTTL units.

So, the new pocket wizards that were announced today, the Plus IV will work TTL with Panasonic, and "we are optimistic it will work with some Fuji, and Olympus gear". This is actually really big news, and I'd like to see what all it can do remotely. LumoPro also just announced the LP180R, which would not give us full TTL, but full manual control in one of the better flash options out there. Cool times to be playing with external lighting.
