Do the new Pens (E-PM2 or E-PL5) have tone curve control overlaid on top of the live view image like on the OM-D E-M5?

Also, do either of them have a digital levelling gauge like on the E-M5?

    No.
And if they do, then I've missed how to turn them on....

As far as I can tell, the E-PL5 has neither.

The EPL5 has it. Press cursor up to change exposure and then the info button to get the tone curve control.

Well I'll be, there is one. Thanks Leif. It's really little compared to the one shown, however.

Is this is the manual anywhere? For all I know this thing would do my taxes if I knew what to push.

Yes it's small, but I like it. This way I see the correction I made all the time and can't forget it.

In the german manual it is on page 32, guess in the english one it should be in the same area.

The "do my taxes" function is accessible through the setup menu if you press all the buttons at once whilst dancing a jig.

(Incidentally, I don't know about the E-PL5, but I know that my E-P3 has the levelling function).

E-PL5 doesn't have the leveling function like the E-PL3 didn't have it either.

Dang. I looked on that page and missed it. My print- out of the Pdf manual has small type and I was looking for a larger graph like in the picture.

Thanks, Leif! I downloaded the manual last night and couldn't find it.

You weren't kidding when you said it was really tiny, drd1135! But I guess if it works the same as in the OMD, it should be fine.

Here it is for those who want to know what we're talking about:

I just found this feature by accident on my new E-PL5. I didn't realise at first that the highlights and shadows were two separate adjustments because the icon is so tiny. The manual information is a bit scant as well. Still, it looks useful, although it could get confusing with contrast and gradation adjustments as well - too many choices.

Levelling? Not sure exactly what you mean but the E-P1 has horizontal and vertical indicators.

No tone curves but a little tool for adjusting shadow levels ...
