Beyond Panasonic and Olympus, the only lenses with a native micro 4/3 lens mount are the Voightlander 25mm f/0.95, the Rokinon 7.5mm f/3.5 fisheye, and the announced SLR Magic 12mm (not released yet). These are all manual focus lenses.

There 2 main types of lenses for micro four third.
    1. Native Lenses
    2. Other Lenses
    1. Native Lenses (like the subtitle : Lenses designed specifically for Micro Four Thirds)
    - Olympus and Panasonic lenses will support autofocus.
    - Other lenses like CPWarner said (voigtlander 25mm, rokinon 7.5mm etc) can be mounted on m43 bodies but they don't support autofocus

    2. Other Lenses (Old Lenses, Nikon, Canon, Leica , etc)
You can still mount all lenses via adapter. They won't support autofocus.
Except Olympus four-third lenses, you can buy adapter to support the autofocus.
