Didn't realize my Nikon Flash would work on my E-PM1.

No TTL and you really have to shoot full manual to get it to work and it doesn't really lock in place... but it works! :drinks:

Any flash should fire on the PM1, you just get a full power blast each time, so h you have to use the guide numbers and ISO to get a correct exposure. But, if you can find a flash with automatic flash options, those work great on the MFT cameras. I'm using a Pentax AF280T and it does a terrific job using either of the two auto flash ranges. It's also dirt cheap, about $25, for a very powerful, bounce and swivel flash gun. Hey it was a top if line unit when it was first released........in 1980! :)
