desperate, E-PL5 25 1.4 lost in Sri Lanka

    Left them on a taxi in the midnight after a long flight.

    Can't think about going back to GF3 and the zooms.:frown:

    Will always remember how good it was when I had them

    Oh man, that's sad, but things happen, more so after a long flight. I hope you have filed a police report. If you're lucky, the taxi driver might return it to a police station. I have seen quite a few incidents like this in India and around 50% of the taxi drivers return it back to the police station.

    I did make a phone call to the driver, but he doesn't speak good English, I though he hasn't found I left it there :(

    Travel insurance? Home owners insurance? Renters insurance? Maybe if you bought by credit card they offer some insurance? I don't know how any of that works outside of U.S. ...

    That is really sad, something similar happened to me (left an item in a hotel).
