Cumbrian sunrise by Fungal infection, on Flickr

Popped out for a short trek up my favorite mountain to try and catch the sun.
It lasted all of 15 minutes. This is a 5 shot hdr . Not as good as i hoped. A better/sharper result i think i could get from 1 raw image.

That's a really nice image. Love the light on the foreground.

"Popped out for a short trek up my favorite mountain to try and catch the sun."

In other words a very cold, three hour hike in the dark. Most impressive.

What software did you use ?
I'm using NIK HDR Efex, really easy with lots of presets, and impressive possibilities for tweaking. If not done already, give it a try, there's a free trial available. Needs LR or PS (if on PC) as it is a plugin !

Very nice. Walked across Cumbria last summer, and I daresay it looks even better in the winter-time!
