Went on a cruise to Progreso and Cozumel on the Carnival Ecstasy. Here is a short video I created using E-PL1 with 14-42mm kit. Magic Bullet effects were used in the video, although I must say that the original video clip files look pretty good without the "movie look" effects. The original files also have much more detail then the compressed video on Vimeo. The ocean and people sound is the original sound recorded from the E-PL1 built-in microphone. Music created with Sony Cinescore.

VisualFX, I have to say that I love the scenes of the ship's wake - incredibly beautiful water! Those two cruise ships are huge! I guess that tells you how unfamiliar I am with cruise ships. Great color scenes!

I have little to none experience with video, but wondered about some striping or banding that I saw in the first parts of the video during the wake portion. Is this something you see on your copy or is it something we see due to the upload on Vimeo?
