And another from last night, NGC3324. I must admit that I enjoy just sitting in the observatory and trying to get a good series of images to put together.
There is often a lot of problem solving when a piece of equipment decides not to work in unison with all the other ones.
It gives me time to be content and happy with what I'm doing.

So, we decided to make one of the "pouring" parts a milk, for the visual variety. And the Virb 360 camera is rated as "Shock and Waterproof up to 10 Meters". However, that milk did its number on the camera. I had to thoroughly cleanse it after that shot. Still works though!

Curious, what was it about the milk that was so damaging, do you think?

It's way more viscous-like and thicker than water is, so, it got stuck in the microphone holes for a good long while. We had to rinse the camera with water several times and shake it to get the milk out.
