I had a look for any previously published threads regarding Cosplayers, but couldn't find any.
If this transpires to be a duplicate, I apologise.

These were taken at Stars and Cars Event, Chorley, UK at the start of April.

    Tie Fighter Pilot

    TiePilot.

    Heavy Gunner

    HeavyGunner.

    Scout Pilot

    ScoutPilot.

    Boba Fett

    BobaFett.

    Darth Revan

    DarthRevan.

And just to prove it wasn't all Star Wars, this is War Machine, created by the same guy who starred in our Batman location shoot here.

    WarMachine.

    Anyone else?

    Very nicely done @Zancrow@Zancrow
I think my favourite may be the third image, but I like all three ;)

Was that TIE fighter in Number1 a painted backdrop or a physical model?

Thank you @MichaelSewell@MichaelSewell. Was your Darth Revan shot with speedlites and flash gels?

All above images were shot on a grey background at a Comic Con.

There were two accent lights either side and further back than the subjects and at a height of around seven feet, angled down towards the cosplayer. They were both Godox Witstro AD360Ws units, firing through their dedicated beauty dishes with grids fitted to avoid flare and firing at 1/8th. The main lights were two Godox 600Ws XExpert firing through gridded 150cm Octas, one either side. The frame left key light was higher, and unfortunately, can be seen in Boba Fett's helmet. The differing heights used with the key lights was to offset the usual "flattening" of contrast, texture and shape usually experienced with twin equal key lights. They fired at 1/8th output.

The background was lit with two Witstro AD360Ws, one either side of the backdrop, firing through standard reflectors and a gel disc fitted. One red, one blue. Output was around 1/16th

Darth Revan is pretty much as shot, other than a tweak for contrast, vibrancy and clarity. Plus a little backdrop cleanup.

All others were shot in exactly the same way, with post work done after the event.

I went to my first Comic Con this weekend. It was awesome. Took a bunch of Street suite shots. No portraits like these. Amazing work!

I envy your lighting setups. I brought my Nissin i40 to the Chicago con but I'm still learning how to us it effectively. Here is one of the many shots I took on the floor.

    Nice ;)

The trick is making the first step in moving your flash off camera.
One of the best resources for learning Off Camera Flash (OCF) techniques can be found on www.strobist.com
There is a great deal of valuable info on there, along with a good introductory course Strobist: Lighting 101

@Zancrow@Zancrow Looks like your convention season is in full swing!
    Nice stuff
Work is getting in the way here, so a little more difficult.
I do have a Cosplayer shoot scheduled in a week or so. But you will have to wait and see.
    No hints ;)
