    pdk42 how you liking the 100-300 I sold you by the way? Getting much use from it?

    I think I will need to sell some more gear off to fund the purchase of the PL42.5 when it is released.

    I have access to that lens for quite a bit cheaper but it is still not available until about 2 weeks from now.

    This could be a good thing !!

    Usually these first rare units that make their way onto eBay are usually priced WAY over what the going rate will be a month or 2 later once many sellers have them available and listed...essentially these are opportunistic cash grabs. The price of this lens actually gives me a slither of hope that the Noctilux f1.2 will be at most $1000 once it's price settles.

    Price for the Nokton is actually around JPY100,000 at the moment so depending on the exchange rate it is around USD$1,000.
