Do you have a contract in place for your photography business? If so can anyone share, or point me a direction where to find a standard one?

Who has the right to photos we take? Photographer or the client? What if it's a PFT situation when there is no contract signed whatsoever?

Thank you very much in advance!

I don't have one for photography, but I will say that if you are EMPLOYED, US law tends to treat the employer as the owner of all work product.

If you're working as a contractor or consultant or other independent entity, you need a contract.
