I´m having a hard time desiding which one is the best, pls help me
My vote goes to the cropped version, number 2.
For me, the additional lights in number 1 are a distraction. Their loss makes number 2 a bolder, tighter composition.
(Although, if you hadn't shown number 2, I would think number 1 was a striking image well shot.)
Well done for both but it's #2 for me
#2 for me as well. In #1, the lights on the left hand side detract attention from the building. Also, I prefer the heightened contrast in #2.
I think both are great, but vote for #3  Have you tried cutting the lights off of the left, and the flat part off the right, letting the "arc" come almost or to the edges of the picture? Not sure if it would fall under a "standard" size crop, though.
Number 2 looks very good.
I vote Number 1 : the left floodlights and the interior at the right are interesting.
If find Number 2 less interesting.
I vote #2, I think the extra lights in #1 take away the focus on the building.
I'm also going to go wth number 2 .
#2. Much more dynamic.
