Cheap light setup for glasswork

    Setup for this photo cost me around $2

    Any suggestions for other subjects?
    Suggestions to make it better?
    Any ideas what I used? I'll explain it in details in few days after some feedback collected ;)

    The white background isn't giving enough separation and contrast to the glass.

    Let's assume he is talking about those countries where the people can afford Olympus cameras and spend time taking photos of glasses, get on their computers and post to the internet. You know those countries where the people on a $2 budget over 2+ days are NOT reading this forum.
