    Thanks guys :) 

    Panasonic G1 with lumix 45m macro lens. Canon 430EX II in manual mode and a lumiquest small softbox hanging off the end.

    Technique is hand held consitantly balancing aperture agains flash power. I also adjust shutterspeed only to allow natural light to show in background.
