I shot these today when the sun peeked out around noon.. a few are with the Pancolar 50mm 1.8
Why'd you take the pictures down?
I somehow overlooked this post when it was originally put up yesterday, then I saw it last night when browsing the forum on my phone when your reply brought it back up to the top of the active discussions. Since my phone's screen is really too small to use for viewing images, I made a mental note to have a look when I got back on a bigger screen today.
Now I find that you've removed the entire set of images the post contained as well as your follow-up.
I, for one, would love to see the pictures.
They are back up, thank you for your interest.
Thanks for bringing them back.
That's a nice, sharp lens. Is yours the M42 mount or the PK (or other)?
Are all those shot with the CZ50? Any with the Flektogon 35?
They are both M42 screwmount, and I think 3 + 4 were with the Pancolar 50, the rest with the Flektogon 35mm.
The vibrance/saturation is a little too much.. my monitor is really showing it's age, and when I saw the photo's on the Ipad with retina it showed slight vibrance/saturation over-processing.
I think I have the Pancolar, if that what the PK is. It is v. sharp. and with a balanced colour sign. so my advice would be to leave Jpeg on defaults. It is perfect as it is, a true Zeiss.
Oh yeah- I agree 100%.
On it's way is a Mint M39 Jupiter 9 85mm and both Mir 10a 28mm and Mir 1b 37mm.
Clearly some very sharp lenses from those images.
I'd be very interested to hear your opinion on the Jupiter-9. Look forward to your posts
